Yuga Labs “Inappropriately Induced” the Community to Buy BAYC NFTs

The community was alleged “inappropriately induced” to purchase Bored Ape Yacht Club non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and the project’s associated ApeCoin (APE) by Yuga Labs, according to a proposed class-action lawsuit.
