Lead ETH Developer Announces Final Details for the Last Dress Rehearsal

Lead Ethereum (ETH) developer Tim Beiko has announced the final details for the network’s last dress rehearsal before the long-awaited Merge. Goerli/Prater Merge Detail Revealed Ethereum’s upcoming Proof-of-Stake (PoS) testnet transition will be on the Goerli testnet. Its associated Beacon Chain, known as Prater, will be merged with the testnet between August 6 and 12 in an upgrade called Paris. For that to happen, a prior upgrade called Bellatrix must go through to prepare Prater for its Merge with Goerl, scheduled for August 4.
